🔥 Quick Application Hacks!

Heating Pad Magic! Warm up your LED Gel Strips before applying, and they’ll go on like butter! This also works for Press-Ons—just lay them adhesive side up for a few seconds before applying. No heating pad? A space heater… or tucking them between the girls for a few minutes works too! 😆 You can even sit on the LED strips while you’re prep your nails for your next mani. I would not recommend sitting on those Press Ons.

Holy cow I used one for the first time last night to warm up my LED Gel strips before application and it was incredible how pliable it made them. They went on even more effortlessly than before!

Rubber Cuticle Pusher! The real MVP! Helps press strips down perfectly without scratching.

Grittier Nail File – If your tips feel a little gummy, grab a coarser file and smooth them out. Unlike regular polish, you CAN file side to side with LED Gels & Press-Ons—they won’t budge if applied right!

Curved Cuticle Scissors – Not a must-have, but I’m obsessed! Perfect for trimming excess LED Gel Strips before curing. PLEASE NOTE: THE LED GEL STRIPS ARE NOT MADE TO ADD LENGTH TO THE TIP OF YOUR NATURAL NAIL.

🔥 Wear Time & Fit Tips

✨ LED Gels: Up to 14 days
✨ Press-Ons: Around 10 days

Not getting the full wear time? A tiny tweak—like adjusting your sizing or application—can make ALL the difference! Shoot me a message, and we’ll troubleshoot together!

Wear Time LED Gels are made to last up to 14 days and Press Ons 10. If you are not getting those results we need to make a tweak in sizing, application, or some minor detail to get you there! Trust me when I say this, if applied correctly you will get these results no problem! So if you have an early pop off or issue pm me right away! 

Sizing Press-Ons is different than picking a polish color! My friend Jessie best explains it… something like ….. “It’s like shopping for underwear by the print instead of the size. Imagine finding the cutest floral granny panties, only to realize you bought XXXL when you needed an XS. 😂”

Don’t worry—if you order the wrong size, we’ll swap them out!

FYI- SHORT SQUARE AND ROUND

Quick Sizing Cheat Sheet:

• Short Square & Round – tend to be pretty petite.  If you find they are too small, filter by Medium and Long on the website.  You can always easily file down the length after you slap them on.

Water Warning!

Try to keep your hands out of water for at least 1–2 hours after application. This helps the adhesive set properly. And if you use cuticle oil daily, consider switching to a cuticle cream instead—oil can sneak under and cause lifting!

GAME PLAN – lol Straight from My Soccer Days!  For those who like step by step directions aka Step-by-Step Cheat Sheet!

⭐️LED GEL STRIPS

1. Prep Nails- File nails to desired length. Wash hands with Dawn & use a prep pad (or a nail dehydrator if you have oily nails). Push back cuticles.
2. Warm both sheets of your LED Gel Strips on a heating pad (optional but amazing).
3. Apply strips, making sure they don’t touch your skin.
4. Trim excess with scissors/clippers, leaving a tiny bit longer than your natural nail.
5. Use a cuticle pusher to smooth everything down—especially the edges & tips!
6. Cure under the Kleo LED Lamp, once should be good.
7. File to shape, and you’re done!(again you may need a grittier one) and file the tip of your strips so that they line up perfectly with the end of your natural nail! 

💡 Pro Tip: Avoid water & oils for at least 2 hours after application!

⭐️PRESS-ONS

1. Prep Nails- Wash hands with Dawn & use a prep pad (or a nail dehydrator if you have oily nails).
2. Pick your sizes (numbers are on the tabs—save them for future reference as it will make manis go even faster when you’re ready to change them up.
3. Warm Press-Ons on a heating pad. Make sure to put the adhesive side up (optional but amazing). This just makes the adhesive more pliable for application.
4. Take your Press On and remove the tab (tweezers work great!) The tab is perforated so you can leave some of the tab attached if you have smaller nail beds. Leaving some of the tab on will cover any excess adhesive on the underside of the Press On.
5. Apply at a 45-degree angle, pressing firmly for 40 seconds. Repeat with all nails and voila!
6. Shape & file to your liking. Done! Feel free to file down and shape as desired especially if you like the longer styles but want the short mani.

💡 Pro Tip: Stay out of water & oils for the first 2 hours for max wear time!
