  • Prep: Wash hands with Dawn dish soap, push back cuticles, use prep pad or nail dehydrator
  • Warm (optional): Place strips on a heating pad (adhesive side up)
  • Apply: Avoid skin, trim excess
  • Smooth & Cure: Use a cuticle pusher, cure under LED lamp
  • File & Finish: Shape to preference and avoid water/oil for 2 hours

  • Prep: Wash with Dawn, push back cuticles, use prep pad if needed
  • Size: Match each nail and save sizing combo (write it on a 3×5 card and keep with all your nails)
  • Warm (optional): Use heating pad to soften adhesive or a small portable heater
  • Apply: Remove adhesive backing, apply at 45° angle, press 40 sec
  • Shape: File or trim to your liking
  • Set: Avoid water or oils for 2 hours after application

Short Square & Round styles are petite. Medium or Long might work better if they feel too tight. You can always file them down!
